Blue Rock Construction Services Inc. is a vertically integrated exterior restoration and scaffolding contractor serving all five NYC boroughs. As Licensed NYC Special Riggers we design, install and manage our own suspended access systems under the same roof as our restoration crews.
This eliminates the coordination gap between scaffold and restoration vendors that costs building owners time and money. When Blue Rock handles both scopes under one contract, your project moves faster, costs less, and has one point of accountability from start to finish.
We work directly with QEWI engineers, property management firms, and building owners facing Local Law 11 and FISP compliance obligations. Our team is available 7 days a week and can mobilize scaffold within 48 hours on active UNSAFE conditions.
Building owners and engineers hire Blue Rock for three distinct scenarios: scaffold only when access systems are needed for an existing restoration crew, restoration only when scaffold is already in place and facade work is required, or both scopes under one integrated contract with no monthly rental fees and one point of contact from mobilization through final sign-off.
